Refund Policy
ApplyMate is run by Vanshika Maurya, a solo founder based in Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). This page explains when you can get your money back for a paid plan.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Members of the Founding 100 who receive free access are not charged.
Paid plans
When paid plans are available, the price and what is included are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments.
Refund within 7 days
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you have used no more than 3 AI essay feedback runs since upgrading. AI feedback uses paid computing resources, so refunds are not available after that.
If something goes wrong
If a technical problem on our side stops the paid features from working and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a refund even after 7 days.
How to ask
Email vanshikam1608@gmail.com from your account email, with your purchase date. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
